Task My invention. Heeeeeeello everybody, here Paul again, from BBC Radio 2. Today we are going to read the winner's idea of our contest about inventions. The winner is Carl Sberg, from Louisiana. Let’s proceed to read it. -Hello Paul, first of all, I would like to tell you my invention’s name, ‘The Salvation’. Now, I’m going to explain you what is all of this about. My invention isn’t more than the sun’s energy. As simple as that. The invention would be compound of two pieces, made of an alloy of all the metals of the world, the Metallium.A metal which would be able to resist all the energy, and let us use it. This object, the Metallium capsule would fly to the sun, and stay at the photosphere and ‘catch’ the energy during thirty minutes, and retain it on its interior Metallium threads and come back to earth. I have to tell you something, and it’s an interesting information, and is that the Sun produces in a second all the energy we have spent in all our history. That’s why, having thirty minutes of the solar’s energy, we could live without minding about lacking of petrol or those fossil fuels and making more trips to the sun to take advantage of that. That invention wouldn’t be sold in the supermarket of the corner. It would be sold one per country. The price will be independent for each country, depending on their lack of the Metallium. It is mainly necessary because our society is blind for the money, I mean; our society has changed, just looking for economic benefit everywhere. That would make us focus on our relationships and be kinder. And that’s all; I hope someday that invention would be real and improve our world. And that’s all audience, hope you liked that invention and here you are the new question to answer, would you like to travel to the space? Why?. See you next week! Mistakes: Pronuncio /minding/ en vez de /mainding/. Fail. Hay algún que otro fallo, pero nada que no se pueda resolver con 2minutos de podcast D:
